Had a fun time, even though it’s still in development. It took some clicks, but the ‘automation’ you unlock after some time gets you going and gave me a new kind of challenge: balance the economy of your town. Thanks.
This is fun already! I can really see this going somewhere, obviously it's still a prototype, but if you add more features this can turn into a full on strategy city builder. I like the clicker-like gameplay in the beginning, if I were you I would focus on developing some mechanics that force you to directly interact with the buildings to generate resources, most strategy and city builder games lack that, you usually just press a button and the thing starts producing forever. After about 30 minutes playing, you unlock automation allowing you to fully automate gold, worker and resource income - that seems pretty idle to me. Most idle games have a somewhat active early game that evolves into idle gameplay. This game follows that trend.
I hope you enjoy this demo that has about 1,5 to 2 hours of gameplay. Much more content is already added but needs balancing and polishing. I would love feedback on any and all aspects of the game so feel free to leave your comments on this page

What part of this game do you consider is Idle?

don't know why, got 60% happiness and a bunch of fish, but the farmers doesn't give gold when activated
If you could share or pm a screenshot that would be most helpful! Are you sure you didn't hit your gold limit (build depots to increase this limit)?
